Heimdall is built to keep your intelligence on your hardware. This policy explains what we collect through this website and through the platform itself, and what we never do with it.
What this site collects
When you visit heimdallsees.com we collect standard web telemetry: IP address, user agent, request paths, and timing. We use this to keep the site online and to detect abuse. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
When you contact us
If you submit the demo form or email us, we keep what you sent in order to respond. We do not sell, share, or syndicate that information. We retain enquiries for twenty-four months unless you ask us to delete sooner.
What Heimdall the platform collects
Heimdall is deployed inside your environment. The intelligence it ingests, correlates, and stores never leaves your infrastructure. For Heimdall Cloud customers, your tenant is isolated; for on-prem and air-gapped customers, your data does not transit our systems at all.
Cookies
The marketing site uses one essential cookie for security and one for theme preference. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by emailing privacy@heimdallsees.com. We respond within thirty days.
Changes
We update this policy when we change our practices or when the law changes. Material changes will be announced on this page; historic versions are available on request.
