Terms of service
These terms govern your use of the Heimdall marketing site and any Heimdall product or platform. By using either, you agree to these terms.
Acceptable use
Heimdall is a defensive cyber threat intelligence platform. You must not use it to plan or execute offensive operations, harass individuals, exfiltrate intellectual property you do not own, or violate the law in any jurisdiction.
Your data
You own the data you put into Heimdall. We process it only to deliver the service. We never sell, share, or train on it.
Availability
Heimdall Cloud customers receive a 99.9% monthly availability SLA. On-prem and air-gapped deployments are governed by the deployment agreement signed at procurement.
Disclosure responsibility
If Heimdall surfaces an active incident affecting your organisation, you are responsible for any regulatory disclosure obligations. Heimdall provides the evidence; the legal duty is yours.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months. We do not warrant that Heimdall will catch every threat — no platform can — and we do not accept liability for incidents we did not surface.
Termination
You may cancel a Cloud subscription at any time and we will retain your data for thirty days before erasing it. On-prem and air-gapped deployments are terminated per the deployment agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana for our African customers, and by the laws of the customer's home jurisdiction for all other customers, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
